The following outlines the requirements for competition for the
MVA Award:
It is mandatory for the participants to have a qualifying score in Conformation evaluation and Herding.
Qualifying scores in Agility and Obedience will gain more points towards
the final score in MVA.
Conformation Evaluation
1. Aussies are judged individually by an Evaluator using a score sheet.
2. Score sheet is the breed standard, and disqualifying faults do apply, EXCEPT the dog may be spayed or
neutered.
3. A score out of 100 will be given. No class placements or prizes will be awarded.
Herding (highest qualifying score is 100)
1. Single highest qualifying score from Started, Intermediate or Advanced will be used to tabulate MVA points.
2. Started and Intermediate actual qualifying score will be used.
3. Advance qualifying score plus 6% (this allows for the advance handlers line).
Agility (highest qualifying score is 100)
1. Single highest qualifying score Novice, Intermediate or Excellent
(jumpers not included).
